I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt this deserved one. I brought my pup to the vet 6 days ago because he had been licking at his front left paw. The exam done in the room was not in depth but I was told it was likely allergies and to continue to use the over the counter product I had purchased, which was reasonable to me at the time (the vet seemed extremely nice and I was happy with the service). Fast forward 6 days, my dog got groomed at the same facility and they found an infected open wound to the paw that was oozing that was missed days before. I asked if the vet could take a look at the paw, due to my concern for a bacterial infection that was not being treated appropriately. The vet continued to talk through the vet techs and could not take the time to even come outside the door and have a 60 second conversation with me. The vet tech told me that the vet could not come talk to me and if I wanted to make another appointment I could make one for tomorrow. There was no care given whatsoever by the vet to come and speak with me or make me feel like she at least cared about my dog or my concerns. I will be taking both of my dogs to a new vet.

I've never felt as comfortable with a vet team to care for my pups as I have here! They are like a part of my dog's pack! They are quick and attentive to my dog's needs and it always gives me a sense of relief within the stressful days of life. Love this team and thank you so much for all you do!!

Top notch. My corgi Gizmo needed to be seen, on short notice, for a skin infection around his mouth. He was squeezed into the schedule and examined. The staff here are professional and courteous. After his treatment, Gizmo is good as new, we still dont feed him after midnight though

We were so excited about New Day but after getting their most expensive and comprehensive plan it has been a very downhill experience time and time again. Pros: The staff, including the doctors, are all very nice Cons: It seems like they have a staffing issue with the vets and also many times you call and no one is there to take your call. Once my dog ate a small amount of a questionable item and they were completely unreachable for hours. Then once I got them they just recommended an animal hospital and said they were too busy and could not help. Their system is antiquated, meaning that you cannot go online to find out what your pet's test results are, etc. But this latest issue I have experienced with them is the last straw. My dog began spot peeing around the house. They could not see her right away and I had to come back the next day in the afternoon. Then they took urine from her, told me she had a uti without crystals and gave me two antibiotics. A week later I missed their call and did not notice the voicemail as it was around the holidays and the voicemail got pushed back in my phone so I didn't remember to listen to it but at the time I assumed it was a check back. That was my fault for not checking the voicemail and it said, which I never heard, that my dog needed another round of antibiotics because she had e coli (I had no idea we were waiting on sent out test results). Weeks passed and they NEVER tried to call me or reach out again. I called to take my dog back in for a recheck because I figured that should happen although she had no symptoms. I called them, they mentioned nothing about a problem and said sure they can recheck her, just catch her pee and bring it in. Then I get there with the pee I caught and they said, oh did you pick up the second round of antibiotics? She had e coli and we need to take her pee and test it. They also said we can't use what you brought in because it could be contaminated and throw off the test. All of this was news to me. Keep in mind this test is over $300 and after the first test and meds it was over $600. I said, why spend over $300 on this test again if she needed more antibiotics. Let's give her more antibiotics and then retest in the event she still has it so I do not need to pay for this test three times. They asked the vet and she said okay. We did the round of antibiotics and did the expensive test for recheck. When I came back in for the recheck at my 9:30 apt they could not get pee and the lady acted annoyed and asked me if she had peed in the morning already. I said yes. No one said to not have her pee when she got up and how would that have worked with her getting up early and Pet Paradise 30 minutes from my house? Then they said that I had to bring her back in later for them to try again. That made no sense to me and I asked if she could stay there until they could get her pee. They checked with the vet and that is what we did. They said it was weird it took a week for results last time and expect them in a day or two. After a couple of days I called and the test had come in but the tech could not interpret it. That was Friday. He said the vet wasn't available and they would call me on Monday for the results. It is Monday, I just called and they said well that vet is on vacation and the other vet is not allowed to read it so call back tomorrow. It makes no sense to me that they cannot (as a chain) have a vet at any of their locations read this result and tell me. I also cannot understand the constant issues with communication. I told them do not renew my plan and as soon as we are finished with this issue we are taking my dog somewhere else. It is really a shame because they are so nice, but it is not run well and the technology is a detriment to everyone. Also, I checked around and their prices are astronomical compared to other vets even with their most expensive plan (about $700) that gives you a "discount" on items and a few included services.
