        Everybody is so Nice and professional here My first time at this location and nurses are so sweet and kind I brought my 3 puppies and also they help So the bill wasnt so high

        Horrible experience. I showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment for my cat and sat around for over an hour as dogs that came in, well after I did, got checked in first. They finally got him in and then 4 hours later I got a call saying he was trying to bite so they couldn't do any part of the physical. I've taken him to a dozen vets and they've all commented on how remarkably well behaved he is. Obviously he's gonna be upset sitting in a waiting area with barking dogs all around him for hours on end. Horrible staff, horribly run, would not recommend taking your animal here, especially your cat Edit: Don't bother sending the generic uncaring response, I've already sent you an email

        Damnnn I just went to Dr Phillips location with my black cat Kesha 8 yeats old boy Wayyyy beyond FANTASTIC SERVICE TONY!!!! the nurse was amazing like he tried soo hard for my pet to get everything he needed and that I could pay for it.Like unbelievable he most considerate person and understanding.I have no words.It was like sent from heaven .You had a rough day too much too handle and you still treated us like we were the only one there I NEVER FORGET!!! The receptionist too YEA!!!!trying to fit me in at 11:15.Guys you ROCK !!!!! Kesha and Acacia thank you a lot!!!!!. Definitely will be back !!!!!! Wowww amazing beyond words. You need 20 stars YESSS!!!
