Have rented with Enterprise for over 15 years across the country with 4 companies that I have worked for and I have never complained or been insulted by the staff on feedback from a rental car, van or truck. The staff will acknowledge the feedback and say okay I am sorry lets work on making sure next time we meet your expectations.
This week I rented a truck for work and it was by far THE worst experience driving a 27ft rental truck because it started shaking above 45-55 mph and when I came back the employee who did the walk around didnt want to say they were in the wrong that the truck just needed a little maintenance before it went to the next customer. The employee insulted me at one point as if I didnt know what I was talking about.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION I WILL GLADLY DRIVE FARTHER TO DEAL WITH A DIFFERENT LOCATION.
