I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!! It was a mistake to have hired them 5 months ago I hired Consumer Consulting to get me out of a timeshare with Westgate and I have no news about it, they stood me up in 2 zoom meetings and they also called me in person and when I went to There was no one in their offices!!! IT'S REALLY A REAL SCAM!!! I PAID 2600 DOLLARS AND THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE DONE IS HURT ME!!! I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM!!! ALSO, I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THE POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE FALSE!!!!! Calling customer service is also false. My wife and I have called customer service more than 15 times and they only take your information and tell you that they will call you and that never happens. I have been coming for three months waiting for someone to contact me, really a real nightmare. 2600 dollars were stolen!!!!

A real scam. Please do not hire their services, once they collect your money you wont ever hear from them again. And be really carefull because they even make charges beyond the contract. I paid in full in 4 installments and there was a fifth that I had to dispute with the bank since they didnt even answered my calls or made the refund for an illegal charge they made. Really a nightmare.

I am so pleased with the services from CCG. They were honest, ethical and transparent every step of the way. I had issues with the time share I had purchased last year. I was not happy with the place or the cost. I contacted CCG and within a few months they got me out of the contract with the time share company. I can't thank them enough for what they did but I can leave this review and recommend there services to everyone I know.

The service at CCG is unparalleled. They handled my time share issues in a timely manner and we're available every step of the way. They were able to deal with the time share company in ways I wouldn't have been able to. I would recommend them to anyone with issues regarding their time shares.
