We bought a timeshare vacation package in 2019 hoping to use it sometime in 2020. Due to Covid-19 and me being an essential pharmacy technician we were unable to take time off in the early months of 2020, but we were told they extend the offer till December 31, 2020. When we tried calling in late 2020 to book our trip we were told they changed computer systems and they couldn’t find our reservation. They also said we would be able to use our package on a weekend closer to home and that a supervisor would call us back. Here we are in March of 2021 and several calls later , we have yet to hear from a supervisor or anybody at Wyndham. We even drove to the Wyndham Vacation Destinations office in Orlando , but they were not accepting visitors. I spent $200 on this and have nothing to show for it. We travel often and I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again.
