        I found a decent DVC contract on there web site and but in a bid. Seller countered and I accepted. I signed all paperwork July 1st. Finally on July 19th they text me stating I needed to sign another form and that the seller had not signed yet. What! I thought they were gonna be telling me it passed disneys rofr. It hadn't even been sent yet. Then they tell me they can't get ahold of the seller. Now it's July 25th and still no word from them. Stay far away from this reseller. I have bought 3 resale contracts and this is by far the worst one. Never again. What an unprofessional company and the employees have a lack of attention to detail. Go with one of the good ones out there. If you don't know contact me, I'll tell you.
