WM - Orlando Recycling Center

I tried for over 2 years to get Waste Management to do their job correctly and even after contacting them and my county commissioner a ridiculous amount of times the issue still was never resolved. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in my life from running into my sons basketball goal and Moses never sent out the insurance company to resolve the issue to missing trash days, leaving trash cans in the middle of the road, not picking up yard waste as they should, drivers lying about only being able to have more than 1 trash can telling me I had to pay extra and the list goes on and on and on. I personally would never in my life refer this company to anyone due to all the issues I have experienced with them over the years and never being compensated for it, even though I have no choice at all on paying for their service then whomever awarded the contract to them should be punishing this worthless company for all the years they violated their contract.

On January 15, my car was hit by one of your trucks, at 6:00 am my vehicle was parked, the truck came to garbage collection and it scratched and detached the part of the rear fire department, resulting in tears, as I found out because at the same time When I wake up, my husband turns on the cameras and we see the driver hitting the car and when he notices, he opens the truck door, stands behind it and looks at my vehicle. The person in charge of the complex called you and informed you of the event. Here comes my journey. On January 19, a Mr. came. Called Sebastian Parra to take photo data and we gave them the video, then he said they would call us, no one called us. After trying to contact him, he gives us another phone number, another person who is supposed to assist us, a certain Victor Morrales. After this they only answered us once and zaaaa they never take our call again, then we approached the kissimmee office and they told us that the person in charge of the cases is a lady. Diana Parker took my husband's call and never again are we tired of leaving a message and he doesn't answer us. Should we find a lawyer to proceed? Well, no one shows us their face Here the video. When the irresponsible person didn't even leave us a note with his information to complain. And you can see it when he stops to look at the vehicle by opening the truck door because he knows what happened. This was at the tiffany square apartment complex, in kissimmee 34741. Someone tell us I have all the phone numbers and names of the incompet.... it's just that they received the first call and then they blocked us from answering
