On time service lovely young lady that did my thorough cleaning for me today. Highly recommend this practice. I moved here a few years ago and started going there because my son has been going there for years.

Dr. Heap office is surely one of the best in town. Yesterday I had an old filling with decay removed. The new filling feels so good. Dr. Heap is superb, as well as the staff.

Been going to Dr Heaps office when it was just Dr Heap!! So obviously a long time!! And Ive been happy the entire time until today! Didnt like that I showed up and my usual hygienist wasnt there and no one had called to let me know (found out shes gone??) never did get the name of the hygienist today she didnt tell me - I didnt ask. They took X-rays, yet the dentist never looked at them bet I get charged!!! The dentist had loud conversations with patients/hygienist's telling them that much younger girls like him!! Hes maybe in his late 40s/early 50s but was bragging LOUDLY how girls in their early to mid 20s love him!! This is what I listened to while getting my teeth cleaned!!! WOW!! How professional Hes got a foul mouth as well! I wont say his name because anyone there that day will know who it was and I will say he has a rough chair side manner as well! First time I was disappointed at Dr Heaps office!! If this is the direction his office is going Ill be finding a new office IMMEDIATELY!!!

Dr Heap and staff are truly kind, caring professionals. I have been a patient for 15+ years and hope to be for many years to come.

My wife and I have been patients for well over 20 years. We were so lucky to find Dr Heap and his practice when we moved from Virginia in the early nineties. Everyone I have ever encountered in the office is totally focused on the patient, friendly and helpful. My two "children" who are both in their thirties now travel from Tampa and New York city (yes NEW YORK) to go to Dr. Heap. That should say it all!! Voted the best dentist in Orlando by me!
