We have purchased two sets of outdoor furniture from Palm Casual and think it is great. However this review is about the outstanding customer service at this particular location. We live out of state and had an issue with two of our chairs. Siemorre and his team, including Kym, Cory, and all, were absolutely relentless in making sure we were 100% satisfied. Even when we were perhaps ready to settle, Siemoore kept working. We cannot recommend this location highly enough!!

The customer service at Palm Casual is as incredible as the furniture! Kym got my in in time for Christmas and it was a big hit! This is the third set of outdoor furniture that our family has bought and we wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Seymour went above and beyond with his service. We had an issue with some chairs that we had purchased a few years ago. They were more than willing to replace the chairs and even gave us a upgrade in the sling. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Fantastic service and after sale care! Repaired furniture after over 15 years of wear and couldnt have been more helpful.
