My wife and I bought $21000.00 In furniture in this store. Tatiana Zelaya came to our house, took measurements for an entertainment center that ended up being too big for the area. Hudson had to refund more than $3000.00. She measured stools that were too short for the counter, another refund of about $500. We bought a sectional for $8000.00 This sectional was ordered with 3 recliners, two armed and one armless. The sectional was delivered with an armless recliner that reclines less than the other 2. I was informed by Tony Coello that the armless recliner had an older mecanismo than the other two and that the floor model I had seen had the same 3 recliner combination. How was I to imagine they would be different. All I wanted was the 3 recliners to be the same.Hudson has refused to change the mecanismo of the armless chair . The service has been horrendous, incompetent and there has been no attempt to resolve anything.

Tatiana was a wonderful salesperson and has ensured that I got the couch I wanted and has made purchasing this furniture a wonderful experience. The couch I bought is also incredible, very comfortable and very high quality
