        The attention of the workers was very bad, especially Marcela's attitude in the store that is near the Millenia Mall, she treated me as if I were looking for something free or a gift and a lot of money that I paid for my glasses. I only rescue Sylvia and a boy who speaks English and Spanish. When removing the glasses, it was not a good experience either, the girls did not want to adjust the glasses so that they felt comfortable and they washed their hands saying that if they broke it was not their responsibility but mine. In the end I withdrew after much discussion and asking them to adjust them as best as possible so I could take them with me. I will not shop at that store in the Millenia Mall again and I don't think I will at any other store in that chain.

        Terrible experience. Shouldve listened to the reviews before coming here. Soon as you walk in the door youre greeted with unprofessionalism and blank stares. I used to go here but never again! This place has went downhill bad. Im glad I walked out and not continue with their service.
