Absolutely terrible customer service. Was waiting for 30 min for my eye exam & left. Avoid this 3rd world country pit at all costs.

Please read this review before you go to this optical store. A lot of missed information, bad customer service. I need to visit 3 times to resolved an issue. And I'm still here today

The frames are of terrible quality, the frame has broken three times and I have had to pay three times for the replacement of the frame, in total I have paid 4 times for the same frame, they sell poor quality products and when I let the company know Manager regarding the problem responded to me in a loud tone that they were not going to respond and that I had to pay again for the frames. Reason why I do not recommend the Outlet optical store and much less the one at the Sand lake office in Orlando since the Manager treats clients and staff in a rude or inappropriate manner.
