My moms car had an issue with her car windows not working properly and a tire pressure sensor not working correctly. The team at Irish Mikes let us bring it in right away and called the next day detailing what happened and the cost to fix it. The warrantied part of the work that was done once before and was able to get he car back to her within 1 day of approving the work. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and helpful. We will always come back whenever something goes wrong.

3-29-2024 I took my 2000 ford Taurus up there and left it for some electrical issues and an ac diagnosis. I left my car there at 9:30 am on Thursday and they did not call me or start work on my car until 1:00pm on Friday.I went up there to get my car since they said on the phone you can come up and get it and I my needed car. The service manager did not even come up and talk with me as to why he didn't even get anything done at his auto place. The manager Will said he had to keep pulling techs off of my vehicle due to other vehicles needed fixed, not really a customer issue. not sure how they have any good reviews must be payed for. They have a appointment tab on their website I used it still did not matter. not sure how they are still in business I would not take my car there again or recommend them at all. I don't see this shop staying in business much longer with the scheduling issues

So, of the people there I had nice encounter with a manager named will. The service manager Sergio was nice on the phone but when I came to the office to find out why my car was never done in 2 days he did not even come up to front desk to talk to me. I brought in my 2000 ford Taurus to get it fixed with a few electrical issues and an AC diagnosis. Nothing was done or found out I asked one of the managers and he said that they were busy and he had to keep taking techs off of my vehicle and nothing was ever done. Not really the customers problem!! basically waited two days and nothing was finished. I would not bring my car to them as they are so busy they never get to work on you car. I don't know why they have an appointment on their website its never used you bring car at 9:30 am and they did not start looking at car until the next day at 1:00pm did not even call me many hours in between. The other reviews on here must be payed for. I only see this place going out of business unless they fix their scheduling issues. Darryl T

Rare breed these days, a genuinely good and honest shop with capable technicians who span a wide range of skillsets. I've taken my daily vehicle there, as well as sent them a few of the custom cars I've built. Shouts out to Sergio for always taking care.
