Very poor service. I made an appointment for oil problem and they totally ignored it. Just wasted 2 hours for nothing.

My family has been going to this location for several years off and on and they have always done a pretty honest job. Today was a routine oil change and inspection, but I still had a really great experience dealing with these guys. They’ve now added an online overview of the inspections they’ve done on your vehicle while in their care, and it can all be viewed from your phone once your service is done. They send you a text message with a link to XOXOcar and it has a very detailed description of your car with photos taken by the mechanic. Each category is shown as either passed, urgent, or non-urgent. I love being able to see exactly what is going on with my car without having to just take their word for it. On top of this great service, I mentioned to the mechanic that one of my fog lamp covers had popped out while going through a car wash and I was wondering if he would be able to snap it back into place. He was happy to put my car back on the lift just to take care of that one small thing, and they didn’t even charge me for it! And they even let my small dog stay in the office with me while I waited. Overall I get a great impression from the guys that work here and I will very likely be coming back next time I have to take care of things with my car.
