I took my 90 year parents and dog to IKEA today. After we were done shopping I found I had a punctured flat tire and was stuck at IKEA. AAA took me to this tire store and the employees were Amazing! They deserve 10 stars. I was such a nervous wreck when I got there. They were all super friendly and even though they close at 5 they worked past that time and were able to give me a new tire and send me on my way. I really thought we would be stranded in Orlando for the night. Thank you! thank you! thank you! The 2 beautiful young ladies and young man gave me the BEST customer service I've had in years! Ps. So glad they had a phone charging station!!!! I was almost out with no charger.

Dishonest and exorbitant pricing. Went i for tires and they told me I need the front arms on my car replaced at a cost of $1068.47 and rear shocks replaced at cost of $507.48. Took my car to my hometown mechanic. I was told I absolutely DID NOT need the front arms replaced and that the shocks could be replaced for $248. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off. UPDATE: I was sent a survey by the parent company asking me to rate my experience with this location. After describing what happened, I was told that I would be contacted by the store manager within 2 business days. That never happened. Stay away from this place.

They were friendly, and quick service. I dropped my car off for 4 new tires, new break lights, and some liquid refill and my car was ready by 2pm. They even helped add any promotions to my order. Though they very up sale which is normal.
