Please Provide an after hours access code to your customers for possible late returns. It was a nightmare checking in the vehicle on the website. It took me to another persons account in NY and wanted me to bring the vehicle to Queens, NY. After finally getting into my account, I discovered that I was not provided an access code to get behind your secured gate to return vehicle and keys. I wasted time looking on the paperwork provided and on website. I finally called the 24 hr U-Haul customer service line and was helped beautifully by the young lady on the phone. She even stayed on line with me until I was able to secure the vehicle and keys. I was also charged double for the truck. Ive never had such a stressful experience with a U-Haul location.

Big scam artist. They said one price and then when we dropped off the vehicle they wanted to charge me more. Now today they tried to charge my card again. Thankfully there is no money on their. Don't go here. Wish I would have done a rental car instead.

The lady in the front that was helping us didn't even acknowledge us, she just sat there on her computer, after about ten minutes of waiting, she finally helped and was very dry towards us. I don't feel like she belongs at the desk. She seemed very uninterested on her job and gave us little to no information. I felt like I was bothering her every time I asked a question. What really upset me was the fact that when the transaction of receiving the truck was finished she didn't give clear instructions on what to do. I was out there waiting for someone to go over the vehicle with me and after 15 mins of waiting I went inside and she was like you can just take it, we don't go over the vehicle. Not even the guy who brought the vehicle to me said a word. It's been awhile since I last used Uhaul so I don't know the new ways but I've never received worse service. Please put people in the front that have good customer service or can atleast pretend they want to be there
