After a week of using the screen starting being touch sensitive once replaced I had my iPhone 13 since it came out and never had any issues or cracked my screen when I called to let them know I can physically not use the phone after getting a new screen because my old one I had for over 2 years went out he asked if I had any physical damage and it was not and after checking BY ONLY TALING THE CASE OUT TO CHECK THE BACK which had no physical damage the front got a hairline crack in the Sam space at the top right corner where the care come off at. I explained to the man once going into the store that I never dropped the phone and the line only came after taking a case off ONE time which never In my life has a screen give a hairline crack for that unless the screen is not a good quality. The man gave the phone back and said they can not do nothing but I can pay to get the screen replaced again when the only organinal reason I came up there is because the phone been stop physically working or letting me even tap my screen after that 5 minute repair I paid for to begin with now I am left with no phone and no assistance but to pay for a whole new screen when it never worked to begin with

I came to rent a U-Haul truck, the experience was great, but I saw they have a phone technician in the store, his name is Amine, I dropped my iPhone 14 Pro Max completely locked even at Verizon they told me cant fix, I have to Amine and Voila, he fixed! Thanks to all
