If I could give 0 stars I would. I set up an appointment for me and my best woman to get fitted for my wedding got the appointment set up called them and told them it was a best woman not a best man they said thats fine which I felt very comfortable with but also asked what would need to be put down at the fitting and was told nothing come in get fitted and once happy with it you put a deposit down and then pay it off. We'll went there today just for the fitting and told if you put a deposit down they will do it but that does not go towards the rental of the suits. I was straight out told you put a deposit down you will still have to pay for the full price of the rentals....and the price was insane. And they expected the full price of the rental up front or they will not even do the fitting unless you want to put a deposit down that goes in their pockets. Don't recommend anyone go to this place

Go to a different Mens Warehouse! I went on a Sunday to buy a suit for a wedding Im attending. Versus renting, I was looking to buy. When I walked in, no one greeted me however a young man named David asked me if I needed assistance once he noticed me. David did an outstanding job setting me up with a suit to purchase. The one star comes in from the manager Rodney. As I am in the dressing room trying on a suit, I hear him yell for David. David responds and Rodney proceeds to tell him to never walk away from a customer. Im assuming he was talking about a previous customer because David was waiting for me to come out of the dressing room. He continued on basically humiliating David about shirts that needed to be folded. Im not sure if Rodney didnt think I was there or I was a paying customer, but in a leadership position, you criticize in private when you have customers. When I finally came out of the dressing room, no one was there to tend to me. All of the employees there that day were folding the shirts I mentioned earlier. I called David over and explained to him that I would be shopping around because I didnt like the way Rodney did him. I then called the store to get names and the store manager Rodney hung up the phone on me. I went to Macys and purchased a similar suit. Get rid of toxic leadership.
