Baker Commercial Landscaping

I watched this company blow the debris in another section of my apartment complex, so I just knew my section was next. It was not. Buddy blew the edges they had trimmed earlier & left. I'm told that it's not necessarily Bakers job to blow the leaves, but the office & dog park area of the complex look great & leaf free.

I parked at a business establishment and the lawn guy from this company came over and started glaring at me making me feel uncomfortable. I opened my door to get out and he was still staring, so I asked may I help you. He didn't say anything but motioned for me to back my car up. I did scoot back a little and he cleaned up some debris from under my car. I waited and then pulled back into the spot. He didn't even bother saying thank you. I thought it was odd, I and said "You're welcome." When I came out of the business he had stuffed dirty napkins in my door handle.

NOW YOU ARE TELLING MY HOA TO TELL ME NOT TO E-MAIL YOU? BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF SERVICE? RIDICULOUS. Submitted a ticket to Baker (regarding them running the irrigation sprinklers twice a day for several weeks) through my HOA portal and I see the ticket was forwarded to Baker. Baker has taken no action, and has not responded to several requests for an update. They are wasting water and causing moss, mold, and mushrooms to grow on my lanai since it is constantly wet. We need a response and we need the sprinklers to go back to running once or twice a week, not twice a day! You asked for the name of my neighborhood...Is there an e-mail address I can send it to? I don't want to post the name of my neighborhood publicly. You claim this was fixed. When was this completed? Because as of this morning (10/24/23) the sprinklers were still spraying into the lanai. Also, you confirmed they're running daily due to replaced sod (not on my property...maybe someone else?), but do you know they are running twice a day?
