Absolutely horrible service. We hired this firm to take care of our property as we live in Illinois. Do not use this company if you are not able to see the work on a weekly basis. In the short time we hired this company we received 2 separate violations from the HOA (4 months apart) highlighting that the company was not servicing the property correctly. When we visited the property unannounced we saw for ourselves that he was providing a terrible service. Despite promises on his part multiple times that he would fix things, the service did not improve. The owner is extremely rude entitled and obnoxious............ avoid if possible, there are plenty of other services out there.
