I chatted with Paul on a Sunday afternoon, which is freaking amazing (and so was he :). I then spoke with Pam on the phone (again Sunday afternoon) and she was very helpful and friendly too! My only "complaint" is they don't represent *individuals* for health insurance (so no ACA agent). Which is really too bad, as their level of professionalism and kindness is sorely lacking in that industry.
