I noticed several neighbors had B & T HVAC trucks outside and asked them about the company. Both said that with their HVAC systems reaching the end of their useful lives, they had decided to replace their systems. They had investigated several companies and found that B & T had received the best reviews of any that had worked in our 55 and over community. I contacted B & T and spoke with Aaron. He came out and reviewed our current system. We are the original owners of the home which was built by the developer over 15 years ago, and he noted that the unit had not been properly situated in the attic space when the house had been built. He showed how the placement of the unit would have made it extremely difficult to have made any significant repairs. He gave us a very detailed list of the options for replacement, and thoroughly explained the differences in their operation. We selected a model and worked with us on a convenient installation date. The crew showed up on time, and Steve, the team lead showed me how the new unit would be situated. He said they would be able to completely replace the entire system (heat and air) that day and they went to work. During the day, I was able to ask any questions and Steve took the time to ensure that I understood exactly what they were doing. By the afternoon the installation was complete and I saw how the unit had been properly oriented in the attic space. Steve explained that some of the interior duct system had disintegrated and they also replaced portions of the duct system in the attic with no extra charge. I was totally impressed with how clean an installation it was with lines routed around the edges of the floored attic area to maximize space. The unit came with a new AccuLink thermostat and Steve took the time to walk me through the control settings on the screen. We prefer not to use the available daily programming function and really like the fact that we can just adjust the temperature from the app on our phone. All in all, I highly recommend B & T HVAC for their customer communication and professionalism, and will definitely sign up with them for any maintenance that may be needed over the coming years.

B & T , a top notch professional family operated business that I have used and felt confident enough in their workmanship and corporate integrity to refer to friends. They quickly determined an issue with my heat pump, presented me the options and delivered ahead of schedule. Aaron has added additional services to the companies , for me it was flushing tankless water heater, that gives added value to my business relationship with B&T.

Very happy with b&t. During our service appointment they found holes in our very old HVAC unit. It was a gas unit so this held some serious health risk potential. They were able to get us a new unit very quickly and our house has never felt cozier. The installers were very professional and explained everything we asked. Your experience may very but they got our system installed in one day and took the old unit away and left no mess behind.

We had one of our gas furnaces go out during a recent cold snap. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we contacted B&T. They were very responsive, and came out to diagnose the problem the next day. The furnace was over 25 years old, so it was time for a replacement. They put together a cost estimate for both the downstairs and upstairs units, and were able to order and install them in just a couple of days. This was important because I needed to travel internationally next week, and they had about 6 to 8 technicians working to complete the installation. They were very professional, and careful to put down dropcloths over the tile, rugs and carpet in the house and were meticulous about cleaning up after they left. A special thanks to Daniel who was working and supervising from 7:30 in the morning until they finished the instiallation at 9:00 pm. He did a great job explaining the operation of the system and making sure that everything was functioning correctly. I will highly recommend this company.
