I have received HHA services for my daughter with GenCare for the past 3 years. Great agency!!! Office staff is very diligent and helpful. Also, the quality of their HHA's is very good.

I have known the Gen Care resources company since 2009 and I am super pleased with the way they work. Theyre so professional and always looking a way to help their workers. Arlene Berrios program specialist pcs is very attentive to her workshe has treated me with respect and whenever questions i have she always explains everything to me regarding the work. She is very kind. i recommend her !!

I have to give you 5 stars. I found all my son needs in this company, the professionalism, the understanding, the love on what they do. Arlene was really awesome, she help me with all I need, she is ever available to respond my questions, she is kind, lovely, she put herself in my shoes like a mom with a kid with special needs. The HHA for my son OMG, she is awesome with him, she is like part of our family. We feel in confidence, secure that our son is in a good hands. This company really care about his patients and his health. 100% recommended!
