Everyone in this agency went the extra mile for my grandparent's care while they where visiting for the holidays. The nurse was very caring and professional. Every time she scheduled a visit with them she was always there on time. Physical therapist and Occupational therapist were also very professional and attentive to my grandparents needs. They created a plan and showed them how to properly execute every exercise. We have definitely seen an improvement in my grandparents, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally, as they can also feel their progress. This couldn't have been possible without the help of Step by Step Care Services. I would definitely recommend this agency.
