Poor service doesn't listen doesn't care

It didnt start out well, as somehow doctors orders were missing, but a liaison got involved and a nurse visit. Knee replacement with 5 nursing and 7 PT. Nursing was meh (a different staff each visit and some were better than others). PT (Seth), was great and saw his for all of the visits. The only reason this didnt get a 5 star was because a different nurse every day with different processes is a little unnerving.

Had two separate experiences with this organization. The physical therapist was great He helped my dad and understood my dad's needs. The occupational therapist was 45 minutes late for her appointment, did not call us we had to call her only to find out she put in the wrong address and was 5 minutes away from my loved ones home. The proceeded to call us back 6 minutes later saying that my loved one was sitting on the ground and she refused to help them up. Understanding protocol is what I do for a living, so I know the protocols. After speaking with the manager on the phone and letting them know how unprofessional their occupational therapist was, I have told them that their services were no longer required and we were finding a different company. A week later, I get a call from the primary doctor and they called this company only for the company to tell them that they discharged my father from their care. When it was quite the other way around, I did not trust their company organization occupational therapist and or management to care for my loved one unsupervised. What else wouldn't they help my father with?! It is their job to help him move around and to better help himself not fall. Would they have even helped him up if he tripped in front of them? So piece of advice and warning to anyone looking to this company, I would look elsewhere first!

Management is terrible, loosing orders, no shows, always argumentative, don't follow instructions, nurses aways leaving, 1 RN is very rude and unprofessional. I let them order supplies 1 time. That was 1 time to many. Items were wrong and ABD pads were unsanitary. I'm currently talking to an Attorney about taking legal actions against them. If you want decent care do not come to this agency.

Do not let your doctor send you here unless you want a constant fight, subpar care, and medical personnel who have no clue what they are doing. This place should be shut down.
