Impact Fitness Studio has become my new favorite place! Over the course of the past 6 months I have really grown to love dancing, lost a few inches around my waist, and made several amazing friends. Perfect place if you are looking for a small, friendly gym with lots of positive energyand great music.

Very friendly and inclusive studio where you get the best cardio workout doing fun choreographed dancing. Very approachable, even if youve never danced before. Nicky, the owner and main instructor, is super welcoming! PS: No, its nothing like Zumba
