By far the rudest customer service staff I have ever ran across , this girl that dress like a boy , lots off tattoo on hands and had her /him pants saggin that was working the register , give me a $1 bill in my change that was ripped and missin piece of the bill , refuse to change it and give me a good bill , then gets mad at me and tells me to leave , sayin I am not goin to keep opening and closing the register and she/he is not changing it . I ask for a manager , then tells me to go outside the manager is around back , another kind lady in the line switch the bill with me , if u dont like your job , go get another one , u suck , u should be working as a trash collector since u have no kind of customer service.

The employee Neista started yelling at me and then followed me out of the store to my car, then proceeded to bang on my hood to get my attention.

I'm the gringo who speaks Spanish, I'm sure that Even after 2 years they will know who I am by that description. The owner of this 7-Eleven who also owns the car wash that it's next to is a very disrespectful and uncaring person. I used to go to the 7-Eleven every single day of the week and spend at least $500 here on random junk and gas. All the employees of his 7-Eleven knew me and my family by name because I live right here next to the store and they always even said man you spend a lot of money here. Unfortunately I have a disability that will not allow me to drive my car the 20 ft through the inside of the car wash myself. So Mike and the employees of the car wash used to be nice enough to just jump in my car real quick right when it gets to the entrance and ride it through for 2 minutes to the other side. Well, the owner told me that he's not willing to let his employees do that anymore and I explain to him that I have a documented disability and then I need help getting my car just through the car wash and that's all and he said it doesn't matter if I have a disability that won't let me go through a car wash then I shouldn't go through a car wash and he canceled my VIP subscription that I had had for a long time. It's really sad because now I go to the 7-Eleven that's much farther from my house on Hansel and Hoffner where Danielle and her husband own it and they're very nice and respectful and they treat me like they care about my business because they see me every single day because my company is right next door to them. It was a big loss for Floris car wash and for his 7-Eleven next to it because I have not shopped there in 2 years and I won't shop there no matter what happens unless the owner apologizes and is willing to accommodate the two minutes that it takes to help someone with a disability use his car wash service. I would never treat my customers the way he treated me for no reason. Today was 2 years since the last time I've been to his store and Google remind me of that and so that's why I'm here posting review. Be careful what you ask for because when you get it you might not want what you got.
