I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars if I could. This place is so ghetto and they have the worst customer service. They need training and even management there doesn't have a leg to stand on. This location has the laziest employees that should be working at walmart with their horrible attitudes! Save your self time and dont ruin your day.Do not go here and just find another cvs location with trained employees that know how to do returns, prices matches from their own website, and that are competent.

I had a very pleasant encounter with an older Hispanic woman who works here. She was super helpful and just very kind on a day I really needed it. Sadly didn't catch her name, but thank you so much.

Rated 2 stars because of one employee (bless his heart) who is actually kind, knowledgeable, professional and considerate of your time! Had a nightmare of an experience with a mail prescription order. No problems in the past years but when my mail order grew feet and ran from my locked mailbox, I had to call and deal with the other staff members here at the N OBT location. Just rude, indignant customer service from Management on down to the two people who blind transferred me to speak to the Manager. Call ended with absolutely no resolve. Luckily handled promptly but my Insurance carrier. Just received notification that this location will be CLOSING MARCH 23rd. Don't want to see anyone lose their jobs so if moving to a new location, please "TRAIN" Management
and the line Staff on customer service, cash handling and telephone etiquette to include proper hold times and call handling. Just saying.
