uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

If you want to have your phone not even started when you're suppose to pu from simple screen replacement. First the excuse was we are having problems getting cover off, and next excuse was we're short handed. Store was filthy and the hour plus I waited for repair (after they had it 8 hours) I witnessed 2 customers coming in to have repairs they made and they left Sim card out of one and the other? but had to be brought back. And another customer on phone with Samsung about what was covered, she had a hard time so me and another customer helped her with Samsung support since employee at counter was uninterested in helping her. This place will not be there too long when they run like this. Terrible service and customer service.

They have awesome customer service. Emmanuel was very helpful the entire time. They completed the repair in less than an hour while having no appointment the day before Easter. I 100% recommend them to anyone for phone repairs.

Disastrous experience at uBreakiFix Goldenrod Location: My experience at uBreakiFix Goldenrod location was nothing short of a nightmare! I called before arriving to confirm availability and expected time for repair. A representative named Mark promised a quick 2-hour repair for my Galaxy 24 Ultra screen. The reality was far from it. Upon arrival, Chelbe greeted me and promptly checked me in, but the promised two-hour repair turned into a chaotic ordeal. Despite returning precisely at the two-hour mark, I was informed that Chelbe didn't complete the repair because he was attending the walk-ins. Meanwhile, I observed Mark leisurely in the back, playing on his phone while Chelbe struggled to manage the workload alone. I had to borrow their phone to arrange for my kids to be picked up from school because we were now well over the two-hour time frame that I was promised. I returned an hour later, as I was asked to. Chelbe called from the back of the store that he was having ongoing testing delays. I desperately explained that I had children that I needed to get home to. Mark now came out to address me and casually mentioned Samsung needing to push through the repair ticket. Despite my urgent situation, Mark's indifference and lack of empathy were appalling. As I waited for over three and a half hours, Mark's unprofessional behavior continued, including inappropriate conversations on speakerphone and a complete disregard for my time and frustration. His lack of urgency and empathy were evident as he made no effort to escalate the situation or seek support. I asked him to call a manager or someone for help. He told me he was the manager and disregarded all my requests. The filthy state of the store only added to the overall disappointment. When I finally received my phone after five hours, Mark's dismissive attitude and excuse of the situation being out of control were unacceptable. It took my raised voice for him to pick up the phone and take action, highlighting his utter lack of professionalism. When I finally received my phone back, I was appalled to find that my photo gallery, credit card, and email apps were all open. There was absolutely no reason for them to access these apps while repairing my cracked screen. This invasion of privacy only added to the already frustrating experience, raising serious concerns about the integrity and professionalism of the staff at the uBreakiFix Goldenrod location. My visit to the uBreakiFix Goldenrod location was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism, indifference, and incompetence. I strongly advise against trusting them with any repair needs, as their negligence not only caused inconvenience but also raised safety concerns for myself and my family.

Very informative staff, fast and friendly service. I dropped my Samsung plenty of times and as usual I never had anything break but this time it fell off of a huge drop In Busch gardens onto concrete and STILL only the back camera lens broke. They fixed it for 100 bucks which is a steal, had it ready to go in an hour. Highly recommended
