I dont even write reviews but this deserves one! If I could give a negative star I would! I have been with T-Mobile 5+ years and this has been the most disgusting interaction across the board. To begin lets start with this store location and each and every obnoxious bilingual worker there. To specifically point out the store manager Walde along with his fellow employee !Alyssa who seems to have the biggest and nastiest attitude of all. Whatever she says to Walde he believes like if they are sleeping in the same bed. Alyssa was blatantly disrespectful and does not belong in the customer service field and as to the manager Walde he does not even listen to his customers whatever Alyssa tells him is GOLD. I went to the store for a sim replacement and ended up disconnecting two lines because of the animosity. The store services is MOST HORRIBLE and needs to be revised. To move forth, Reaching out to the customer care team after is even worst. Being on the phone for 3 hours, they activated my sickly fathers phone number instead of mine. My fathers number was never mentioned they took it off the account activated it on the wrong phone and then couldnt get my fathers phone back on. He lives in another state and i had to get someone to go to him 2 days later so they can get the ImEI number for his phone because they messed up! Along with the phone also being a phone on the account that is being paid for so they can see all the information! T-Mobiles service is great but because of the obnoxious and disorderly employees I refuse to stay with this company. T-Mobile makes money and hire a bunch of uneducated individuals. They have given no satisfaction then always want to leave notes and offer $20 like what is $20 going to do with the last 5hrs I wasted fighting with the dense people employed there. Just distasteful!
