Been contemplating changing to T-mobile from Liberty and Keith assured me that he can get everything transferred from my number to all my phone information & so said so done! Keith was very comforting as I have very valuable information I didnt want lose but everything well, thank you Keith.

When you have reps who can not only help you get what you need, but also reps who can help you understand what youre buying it makes the trip to the phone store worth it. Been going to T-mobile for years, and I receive great service for years, but Keith was exceptional. Helped me understand the changes within my bill, and with the plan hes moving me too I can upgrade my phone and receive $830 off on a phone. I guess somethings are true that there is something for existing long term customers!!
