        Excellent- Jennifer was exceptional!! What a breath of fresh air. The other agent is Ryde and a big turn off. Jennifer should manage the establishment. Very customer focused, friendly, professional, efficient. I would recruit her for any top customer service role.

        Phone shop that's always on the level or up and up. Customer service great for Bill pay with technicians with the correct know how. Sales is never a problem when it comes to orders or exchanges.

        Ive called 3 times today, and every time I did someone pick up the phone only to disconnect the call. The level of service these days from business or the lack there of us awful.
