We recently moved down the road and were struggling to find a quick, short-term solution to get high-speed internet as I work from home. Javier was super efficient & had great customer service. He helped us get everything set up even though we currently aren't Verizon customers & was very informative and detailed. Awesome store!

Jeffrey provided me and my son with the most professional and hospitable service. We encountered a few issues with the upgrade to my sons phone and it took quite a bit of intervention from Jeffrey to make the change complete. He was persistent and didnt give up despite the challenges. Now my son has his new iPhone with the number change we wanted from a MT to a FL number. We couldnt be happier. Patience is a virtue. I would recommend this Verizon store - go check it out and ask for Jeffrey!

Javier was very helpful! There was three groups of us waiting to get helped before the store even opened. He worked continuously with all three of and got all of us out of there in an hour. He did very well at his job and was very kind. Would definitely recommend going back to that store!! Thank you again very much Javier!
