Mister Car Wash

I got platinum unlimited wash on Friday the Mgr already didn't know what he was doing the system blink on and odd After I sign up and made a payment and everytime I go thru It give me basic had go back and he say it was the computer and he had email corporate it did it again at the mister carwash in occoee. So that mgr say he was going look into and call me back and never did. I called corporate and was on hold for 20 mins waiting for representative and she was rude. She on her end it show platinum and say I need to talk to the people at the car wash because they have a kiosk but If it on the system it should be link. You All need to get better with you all customers service dept because they are rude and trained.

I have the premium unlimited wash subscription and frequent many different Mister Carwash locations. Although the amenities are mostly identical the customer service here is bar-none TOP TEIR.. Ivan and his staff take a personal interest in providing a superior level of constant quality for all of your car care needs. The signature smile and wave are genuine prequels to the amazing services. I wholeheartedly recommend this location now... Nice and friendly staff. The car wash did a great job on my suburban. I'm not sure about the vacuums though I never have a time to use them.
