Mister Car Wash

First off this appears to be a new review page. To see the history of REAL reviews, search "Bills car wash" and the last year of reviews which were on the same line as my review when it switched "Mister car wash" over a year ago. I have been visiting this location for several years, but since being sold to "Mister car wash" the quality has gone down greatly. When Mister first took over i purchased the "$29.99 express platinum" unlimited wash plan. List of complaints: 1. They allow cars to pull up in the unlimited wash line to purchase single washes which can cause quite a delay when trying to get a quick wash 2. Since "Mister" came along any "improvements" seem to be purely entertainment factor such as a noise generator, lights, etc. 3. The car NEVER comes out dry and has water spots all over it - requires shammy on bumpers, hood, and rear of car every wash. 4. They have been too cheap to replace the shades over the "free" vaccumes. 5. Good luck to even find a vacuum that has good suction, usually have to move the car several times - poor maintenance. 6. Dont expect your wheels to come out fully clean of brake dust. At one point this may have been attempted to be fixed, but their modification caused damage to my car and caused clear coat to peel / crack on a 3 year old BMW. This modification was taken away or fixed within a few weeks, no issues since. 7. High employee turn over - This is probably a sign of poor management, I used to always see the same friendly faces as I would go several times a week. 8. Shows how much they care about their employees: It took them 6 + MONTHS to fix SOME of the covered area for their employees to interior clean and dry cars after the car wash (purchased separately). 9. Final Straw - Unlimited wash sticker - You are forced (at one point they could run your license plate but Sebastian who I doubt knew what he was talking about said I REQUIRED a sticker on my vehicle) to place this which is bright white, sticks out like a sore thumb, damaged my tint, and free advertisement to them. After I ran though the wash today he stopped me and forced me to remove my sticker (was temporarily taped on as i remove after wash). I never once had an issue for the prior year. I completely understand the logic behind this, but other options need to be offered. The sticker looks TERRIBLE on an all-black car, or any other high end vehicle to a person that cares about the looks of their vehicle. Needless today after being a member for over a year and coming to this wash for several years prior to becoming "Mister" I will no longer bring any of my vehicles to any Mister car wash. Not sure if they are franchised or not but I do NOT recommend this location any more. End rant, but this is a long time coming for a LONG TIME CUSTOMER even prior to Mister car wash that they made 0 effort to retain.

Don't waste your money, no matter what you do at home is better that what they do here. I feel like if I just got robbed. I paid $24 for a jasmine scented sprayed, nothing else...The service suck here. I wonder how many people around here make that kind of money, I paid $24 for a 10 minutes rubbed down...fool me once but not twice. DON'T DO WHAT I DID...

I used to work here and I worked in the tunnel sending cars through. Working in the tunnel is extremely loud and something that requires hearing protection or you will sustain hearing loss after time. I was very surprised when I was told I was not allowed to wear any hearing protection including ear muffs or ear plugs, while operating the tunnel. requiring an employee to do something that directly and negatively impacts an employees health is very irresponsible. I'd assume there also labor laws that protect employees in this regard. Its not a very good look for a company to break labor laws. If you go, please check if the tunnel operator is wearing ear muffs. I hoped they have changed that policy by now.

One of their employees either threw away or vacuumed up my personal property. I called back to the office and assistant manager advised me that the team lead remembered seeing the item however there is nothing that they can do. Now Im out of nearly $800.00 and all they offered me was a complimentary wash. This is not the end of this. I will be contacting the proper authorities and exposing this car wash for who they really are.
