Thieves! I rented a car. & barely used it. Bc of all the hidden charges & fees. I was scared to. It'sbeen over a month & I still haven't recieved my 500$ security deposit! They won't call or email me back. They've redacted their emails! STAY AWAY!!

Can't say enough good things about this company. I received a free update upon arrival to a Jaguar F-Pace which was unexpected, super clean and looked brand new. The staff said when I asked why I received a free upgrade that they choose random guests to give free upgrades to which is just awesome. I was in and out of the rental office in a few minutes, they answered all my questions, I received electronic copies of everything to include the rental agreement, vehicle inspection report, and receipts. The staff texted me twenty-four hours prior to my reservation start time to make sure I had everything I needed to include instructions on how to save money by utilizing my own primary auto insurance which was just amazing especially because most car rental companies try to force you to buy insurance. The staff was simply amazing
