Chase Bank

Surprised by all the bad reviews. I went to the bank yesterday and was immediately greeted by Anthony. Told him the type of tranaction I needed and he quickly sat me down and began the process. While he was waiting on some paperwork, he noticed the customer line buiding and politely asked me if I minded if he took care of the customer while we waited for paperwork. I said no and he proceeded to greet the customer and took care of them. He immediately came back with the paperwork, I signed and the transaction all done. I was very pleased with how things transpired, but more importantly was so impressed with the customer service professionalism that this young man showed. Kudos to you Anthony - Chase should be proud to have you!

I am very satisfied, Libni Luna helped me and made me feel very safe, she is very professional and patient, excellent treatment. I recommend this bank and this person for any service they require, because she gives more than what the client expects and that is admirable
