They were not really working, multiple people there but just one rep attending customers and no one greets you or anything. Waited for 20 min and didn't have anyone come to ask for the reason of visit. Went to a different location and in less than 5 min I was seated with a rep.

Of all the BOFA I needed to go to, this one is the one I received the best service from. I'm Brazilian and I need more than patience for them to understand my English. And they are so kind. Whenever I go to this agency I receive assistance even if I make an appointment. And for me the best employee is called Kapil, I think that's how he spells his name. He is so caring and always goes out of his way to help. Thank you so much Kapil for your kindness and patience

Every other bank brand is open at 9am.not Bank of America, for some reason they think opening at 10 makes sense. The other 6 people I saw walk to a locked door probably think they made the wrong banking choice just like I did.
