Difficult to do business with. Long hold times. They don't even have one person you can see face to face to order a part. They are also not very helpful to locate the parts you need.If I wanted to buy a part with little to no human interaction I would just buy it online.

After a couple days of unsuccessful phone calls,I decided to drive to the location. As I walked in I watched the employees look at me then each other and shake their heads. You can tell they dont take pride in their work and are a poor representation for the company.Anyways they advised me to call the order in and then it would be ready shortly.I let them know that Ive been calling for a couple days and no one will pick up the phone. They were more interested in getting me out of the building and offered no help with my questions. So I basically wasted my time looking at poor representations of what employees should be.This is not what I experienced on previous visits.Talk about reaching the bottom of the barrel-its hard to,but its there.

If I could give them 0 star I would. This company need to invest training their employees in good manners and customer services. I will try to summarize the long story, as much as I can but first, let me tell you, do not expect a professional attention when you call to the 1-800 number and choose the spanish speaking salesman, for customer services. No, at least, if is Gustavo (Gus) who answer your call. I was looking for parts to rebuild a transmisin for a 2004 car. After some calls to other places, without success finding them, the mechanic mentioned that he know about this place in Orlando that specializes in transmissions. He have never bought with them before, at least the Orlando location but he was very positive that I could find the parts there. Before driving 65 miles, decided to call and ask if they have available all the parts that I need. For my surprise, this number apparently is like a call center, work remote and without supervision apparently. I started to asked him (Gus) about the parts and he mentioned that one of them is not available but he can order and will take two days. He asked me if instead of a Master kit I want buy the Banners Kit, I replied that I have to ask the mechanic because I am not sure, also he asked me for the workshop account and I explained that I am the client not the mechanic and he said that need the information because they only sale to a workshops So I proceeded to do a conference call with the mechanic and he confirmed all he need and gave him all the workshop information. Summarizing, he took the order incomplete and wrote wrong the address he was hurry because according to him, need to take another calls and basically did not explained that he put the order with delivery to the workshop (added delivery fee without let me know), instead to the store in Orlando (in other call with the Branch Manager who is a gentleman, he explained that the parts come from different warehouses). Long story, short, I had to call again to order the missing part and found the error in the address. He refused to give me the information of the transactions like the invoice number, etc. He just told me that they will send a copy inside the package. I had to heard him told me that he dont like to speak with customer, we do not know anything and he prefer to speak with the mechanic because they know what they need, according to him they do not have time to respond any question just for sales (textual). At that point I lost my patience and named him assho!!! after have to heard his bad attitudes and insults. For me he is not only a really bad representation of the company, also a really bad one of our hard worker hispanic community. He do not deserve that job position. From the 3 people that I had to speak the only professional and respectful was the Branch Manager. I had to obvious some details in order to cut but believe me when I say the customer services is awful.
