What bad form this man was in today morning, 04/10/2024 and the worst lady seemed mute, spoke English and pointed with her finger, she stood mute. I had to leave because the man told me that this was not his job. She found me what I was looking for and she had to do it, but since her language is English and she is mute, I couldn't buy anything. The two people who were there yesterday afternoon 09/04/2024 were excellent, I congratulate them, there should be many like them two 10am so they know the time I was here

Pulled up at 8:50PM with the doors locked and with 2 guys in there looking at me like Im stupid or something as if the time sheet upfront doesnt say 9:00PM. If my engine messes up because I couldnt get coolant since you guys decided to close early, Ill make sure to send you guys the bill to pay for it.

My man Luis replaced the battery in my daughters car and it was not an easy car to work on. BMW makes the car and they don't want you to work on them. They make you bring in for service and charge a ton. Luis fought through all the parts and replaced the battery like a real pro and I appreciate him so much. Thank you, Sir!!
