Hibiscus Place Apartments

Catherine was very professional, very helpful, considerate always left with great energy and information needed. I stop in there office couple days ago with my wife and kids and this new black lady was VERY rude, disrespectful, & unprofessional upon jus entering she was on the phone and she acted like we was bothering her we waited patiently we were just inquiring on paying more money and seeing if a bigger apartment will be available soon. I understand if you have internal issues at home understandable but to be unprofessional & have a attitude like your disgusted we even stop by for information in front of my wife and kids is totally unacceptable for any corporate job you dont have to give us special customer service or nothing just regular human decency & respect in front of my wife and kids all we wanted was to upgrade apartment to a bigger one thanks to her no thank you I wont even be renewing. Use to live there about 8 months ago. Repairs are covered or painted over. Apartment never heats good because of that many cracks on the wall. They will evict you if your 2 minutes late on Rent regardless if children are involved. Raise the Rent knowing you CANT afford the rat hole they call luxury apartment. Shootings happened and no Gates or cameras available to you keep safe. In half a year at least 6 apts had to be vacated, they know this is a poor neighborhood, why keep raising Rent sooo much. USELESS MANAGER. They deserve minus 10 Star review
