1401 Apartments is so convenient for me to goto work and back home to my apartment.It only takes me about 30 minutes to get to Disney.

Incredibly bad roach problem. They would not have pest control do anything. Avoid like the plague.

Felicia is the best. She is very informative and relatable. She gave me enough information about the details of applying and what comes after. Its not often you get service in this form nowadays. I wish I can give notes than 5 stars.

In the market looking for a two bedroom apartment and decided to give Fourteen01 a look. I had been driving around most of the day and seen several apartments that didnt meet suite my preference. When I walked into the rental office, I was greeted by a young lady named Felicia. She was very knowledgeable about the apartment complex and able to answer all the questions that had. I must say she was very friendly and professional. She didnt seem to be irritated or upset about all of the questions I was asking, she was actually very helpful. Its very frustrating looking for a place to live and not have all your questions answered, but this young lady made me feel she went above and beyond to try and help me. Client services at its finest, oh and the apartments are nice!
