The Landings at Boggy Creek

Our spontaneous tour of The Landings at Boggy Creek turned out to be a delightful surprise. Despite our last minute unscheduled visit we were welcomed with open arms. Karen's grace & welcoming demeanor made us feel instantly at ease, and her knowledge about the property was impressive. The well-maintained grounds and fantastic amenities surpassed our expectations. What truly stood out was the sense of community among residents, making us feel like we belonged from the start. Karens hospitality, combined with the beauty of the property and the welcoming atmosphere, left an inedible impression on us. (Knocking out at least 3 other options for us) Don't hesitate to explore The Landings at Boggy Creek, even if it's a last-minute decisionyou won't be disappointed.

Moved into The Landings in November 2023 before Thanksgiving. This was the first complex I toured which was a huge mistake because no other apartments in the area could compare. The price point, amenities, and size of the apartment I was looking at were exactly what I was looking for. I felt at home immediately. After touring 3 other complexes in the Nona area, I called Karen back and asked for one more tour just to make sure. I put in my application that same day. The process was smooth, and Karen kept in touch throughout the entire time. Management hosts activities for residents every month and so far it has been great for myself and my kids to get out and meet people. Now that the warm weather is upon us, Im excited to jump into the pool and grill with family. I also love the option of Stonewyck Elementarys school bus picking up right at the entrance. There are some nuances here and there with loud neighbors but its an apartment so I cant complain too much. The maintenance team is quick once you put in a work order and the elevators and public areas remain clean. Couldnt ask for a better place to live.

HONEST REVIEW! I cannot speak highly enough of The Landings on Boggy Creek. From the moment I inquired about leasing, Karen made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism was exemplary, ensuring I felt confident in my decision to make this my new home. Upon moving in, I encountered a complex situation that left me feeling overwhelmed. Elisa's the complex director showed compassion and willingness to assist me. Something I truly will not forget. She took the time to listen and walk me through every step, providing invaluable support during a challenging time. Throughout my stay, Jennifer consistently went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns I had. Her dedication to finding solutions speaks volumes about the level of care and commitment The Landings team has towards their residents' satisfaction. Everyone knows apartment hunting can be stressful and difficult, but these three individuals show what it means to have genuine care and dedication for their residents ensuring that every resident's experience at The Landings on Boggy Creek is nothing short of outstanding.

I just loved in and am enjoying it so far. The leasing office does a tremendous job to expedite the process to get you moved in. Thank you Karen and everyone for all that you do.
