        Cheap for a reason. Units decent. but Mgmt absolutely pathetic! Save yourself the headaches and look elsewhere. The maintenance group is perhaps even worse than the mgmt and that is saying something given how atrocious mgmt behaves. There is a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the tenants. I found it hilarious and offputting to see how much energy and advertising they did for their free rent promo but treat the tenants horribly. You can clearly see they do not prioritize their tenants and dont care if they retain them. Dont say you were not warned.

        I love to live at Magnolia. The property is well maintained, and Management is always in top of any issues and requests from residents. The property does not have any pest issues and that is absolutely a peace of mind as well as that, the community is in a very quiet, good area and still at a reasonable rent price.
