Eden Ruby Lake

As you read the review below.. thats my downstairs neighbor. Shes huge and never leaves her home. As if dealing with children isnt stressful enough! My neighbor makes sure that I get even more stressed and make my kids time here a living hell because Im constantly reminding my 2 year old to stop yelling and what not. Why renew your lease? Thank you Eden ruby lake for trying to meet all residents needs!

Good and bad Good.Location is great. Close to so much. Bad. Internet is so bad. staff is good at first then your on your own. My elevator was down for weeks and its a new building Pest issues and car broken into 3 weeks ago. Property is not taken care of. I miss old management

My family and I needed to find a place to move immediately . We have been to others places in the area and our experiences have been difficult. Eden is extremely close to where we live so we decided to make an appointment. First the apartment complex is phenomenal, it has everting we were looking for and more !! Its beautiful. Ana Cano was amazing in the whole process. She took her time to show us the apartments that were available within our budget and for the need that our family was looking for. The whole process from the moment we applied to the moment we were given our keys; it was smooth and enjoyable. We are more than happy with the whole staff. What a great experience. Thank you, Ana!!

I did started my application with Nicole, she was AWESOME!! Her customer service was excellent. Sadly i got a job opportunity out of the area, but she was the best

Our experience with everything at Eden Ruby Lake has been great. Wil and Nicole worked with us from day one and have been very responsive to anything we have needed. Wil stayed over after hours for our move in date as we got caught up in traffic. Thats terrific customer service and especially in todays times. Mary and Ana have worked with us when needed and they have always been on top of their game. Maintenance has been on time when we needed them and have made the repairs quickly. We enjoy living here and very satisfied with the property.
