Ruben was awesome with the entire moving process from start to finish. He always contacted me and let me know the next steps. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a place to stay. The entire staff is amazing but I worked with Ruben one on one and he is the best

Moved here this year and been seeing nothing but problems. Unable to receive any USPS mail because the complex mail is under construction since I moved in!!! And the USPS branch is under renovation so cant pick up no mail!! Water gets cut off sometimes and leaked water in the street. No system and no quick resolution for existing problems!! Not happy since Im paying a lot, so Im expecting the least, which is convenience!!!!!
