What an amazing realtor Yahira is!! She is more than a realtor!! If you are looking for a realtor to just find you a house and I mean just find you a house than no thats not what she is going to do. Yahira is going to make sure you can afford, point you in the right direction, if you need help with building credit she will point you in the right directions, and anything that will help you benefit or to get your house she will guide you there. Always returns phone call back, and responds to emails. She will keep you uplifted doing the whole entire process. It took me two years and guess what those two years she was right there with me. She went from monthly, every two weeks, weekly and when I went under contract it was a daily talk, text, or and email!!! Now you cant ask for a better realtor than that. If I had to go through this process again would I use herDefinitely would with no problems or doubt. Keep up the great work Yahira!!

Working with Ms. Montano was a breeze. She responded to our emails and request immediately making our job easy. Working with so many Realtors this makes her stand out. She was efficient and allowed us to do our job and accompanied her buyers to closing and was there for them every step of the way! She was an absolute pleasure to work with!
