Coleen is amazing!!! Without her I would have been lost through my first home buying experience. She always had my back and treated me as family. She keeps you informed and really gives you confidence in the choices youre making. If anyone is looking for a realtor I HIGHLY recommend Coleen Baggett with Coldwell Banker! She knows exactly what shes doing and goes above and beyond for her clients! Without her during our first time home buying process wed be completely lost. Shes a hard working honest lady who walked us through the whole process and has still been there for us even AFTER closing. Shes been so genuine and has done everything in her power to make sure were happy. I cannot thank her enough!

Coleen is the best! She really took the time to understand what we wanted and needed in a house, and made our first time home buying experience as smooth as possible. We were interested in houses in very different areas of Jacksonville, and she drove around to each one without making us feel pressured or rushed. When we finally found the house we loved, she went above and beyond to help us set the best terms, keep us knowledgeable of the timeline, and to ultimately close on the house.Working with her has been a pleasure!
