If I could give Amanda a zero star I would. Amanda Feagle - not a morally sound agent. Had no problem playing mind games with my 70 year old mother, who by the way is a honorable military veteran, who was recently widowed and who is battling lung disease. Amanda plays games, and in my opinion is an unethical agent. She mislead my mom's agent to believe that her clients had initial the contract is all the places and accepted the full price offer. The contract was submitted to the lender, the loan process was started, and the home inspection was schedule. The whole time Amanda was taking other offers and when she got one that was better, she took it. Then she notified my mother who was already in the process...that her seller failed to inital one spot and therefore voiding the contract. She new what she was doing. It was a scam of sorts. My poor mother was devastated. She also contacted the lender requesting confidential information about my mom's credit score, income and assets...even when she had a approval letter in hand. I called Amanda and to my surprise she admitted that she had used my mother as a pawn to get a better offer. That she called my mothers lender probing for confidential information. She said legally she did nothing wrong and she would do it again. If you value your customers, buyers or sellers. Run far from this agent...its not worth the potential disappoint her greed causes. Don't let what happened to my elderly mother, happen to your client or family. There is no honesty with Amanda.
