From the very beginning Jaime made sure to arranged all the appointments and advised us about the good locations where we could find a good deal based on our budget and within our high expectations. Jaime went above and beyond to help us out with all the information we needed to know as well as working next to us even from distance letting us see the properties in real time through FaceTime calls and some other tools just to make sure that we picked the right property and feel as confident as possible. His knowledge and experience as a realtor/broker is amazing. Not only about knowing the city and surroundings but the skills he has to get us into a good deal without giving up our expectations and needs. We definitely recommend Godoy Realty if you are looking forward to get a nice property with a great deal . Hi Im Ray me and my girlfriend just Got our first house this is her first place and my first house so were not all that knowledgeable of knowing certain protocol and Jaime with Godoy Realty located on 3517 penton st Jacksonville was there every step of the way and made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable ; he said it doesnt matter how many times I call him long as he can help that was very awesome I recommended my sister in law and Im excited for her journey as well

Please do not try to have any dealings with Jaime . My fiance and I met with Jaime at a rental location. After looking we decided we wanted in immediately. Jaime promised us that we were first and he would rent to us if our backgrounds were good. Well we filled everything out and sent the applications in the next morning. He told us it was a 24hr turn around time so i said great. We waited 3 days no word from him but we had texted him and made him aware that everything he needed was there and he texted back with a thumbs up emoji . So on the thrid day when we STILL HEARD NO WORD FROM JAIME i called to get an update and he said oh what do you mean yall are taking too long with these applications i accepted another application, so i showed him how we turned it in 3 days ago and sent screenshots of telling him and all, so he says ok i will run them when i get home i just need you to send me the $100 for the application fee immediately or i have to pass you guys up , so we did just that no problem sent the $100 immediately. All for us to not hear nothing for 2 days again and when we called he said no you guys are taking way too long on these applications i am refusing the applications. Well sir AGAIN WE ALREADY TURNED IN THE APPLICATIONS 3 DAYS A G O AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON MY FIANCE. Very very unprofessional and a scammer.
